Caddies |
• Caddies will be available for all players for Legend only.

Courtesy Bags |
• These should be collected at the conference center at Constance Belle Mare Plage during
registration between Friday 5th & Monday 8th December from 09h00 to 19h00.

• A doctor will be on call via the tournament office.

Entry Fees & Registration |
• All applicable entry fees of Constance Belle Mare Plage and Constance Le Prince Maurice guests will be placed on the competitor’s room account upon reception of the golf pack at the conference room. Competitors not staying at the hotel should pay by credit card or cash at the conference room on monday latest.

Fitness |
• Fitness centers are open daily as from 07h30 until 20h00.

Golf Bags |
• Golf bags may be left for storage overnight at the Legend, Links and Concierge storage area.
Players will be responsible for their own bag transfer between golf courses. |
Golf Cars on the Legend Course

• Golf cars will be allowed to those players of 60 years and over, or on production of an up-to-date doctor’s certificate.

Internet Access
|
• Internet access is available free of charge at the Press room and at the Constance Belle Mare Plage departure lounge.
Wifi access is also available at the main Bar of
Constance Belle Mare Plage and at the Legend golf course.

Players’ Catering |
• As from Tuesday 08th December, Continental breakfast will be served in the restaurant as from 6h30 - 10h00 am.
• Lunch tickets will be handed at the entrance of Legend and Links’ restaurants as from 11h00 - 17h00. |

• The players Information Desk will be available at the Legend Golf Course for further
queries. |
Press room

• Journalists and Pros are invited to use our Press room at Constance Belle Mare Plage Conference room. |
Refreshments |
• Sandwiches will be available on the 1st and 10th holes.
There will be water spots on the Legend Golf Course on holes 1, 3, 5, 7, 10, 13, 14, 16, 18.
Golf cars at the Links have Ice boxes. |

• We would ask all Amateur players to wear the MCB Open shirt while playing. |

Shuttle Service from 6h30 to 19h00 as from 8th to 13th December 2009

A continuous shuttle between Constance Belle Mare Plage and the Legend and the Links will be at your disposal.
• Constance Le Prince Maurice - Links - Legend Golf - Constance Le Prince Maurice
A shuttle will leave the hotel and the Legend Golf every half hour every day. These buses
will stop at Links. |
Sun |
• The sun in December is extremely strong.
It is not advised to play without sun cream and a hat. Caution should also be taken on the beach. |
Tee Off Times |
• Tee off times will be available daily at the hotels and golf clubs at 20h00. |
